The planning and preparations for the 2nd Annual Tee It Up for the Troops Golf Classic of Mid Missouri are well underway! This amazing event will once again by hosted at The Club at Old Hawthorne on Monday, June 17th. One of the most essential elements of a successful golf outing each year is the incredible support from the local business community. We hope you will join us in giving thanks to all those who serve(d) and sacrifice(d)!
REGISTRATION IS CLOSED FOR THE VETERAN EVENT. THERE ARE SPONSORSHIPS AND FOURSOMES AVAILABLE FOR THE AFTERNOON.
The national Tee It Up for the Troops organization was created in 2005 to Honor, Remember, Respect, and Support all who serve(d) in the United States Armed Forces. Since 2005, they have granted over $15,000,000 helping over 300,000 veterans through these pillars of support: Employment, Housing and Homelessness, Suicide Prevention, PTSD and Traumatic Brain Injury Treatment, Family and Caregiver Support, and Sports Rehabilitation.
We are very excited to continue that mission with Mid-Missouri and to make a positive difference in the lives of veterans and their families. We are especially proud of the tradition of treating local veterans to a therapeutic day on the golf course at The Club at Old Hawthorne as well as a special day of recognition!
